Patrick Dow Clark, age 58, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017. He was born on October 25, 1959 in Nuremberg, Germany to William and Joan (nee Cox) Clark. He will be remembered by having a great sense of humor and fun to be around. Pat dearly loved his family and many friends.
Patrick is survived by his son, Michael Carlozzi; daughters, Melanie Maynard and Megan Clark; his sisters, Janna Clark (Jim McFadden), Linda (Ted) Klinemann, Teresa Clark and his many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be scheduled at a later date. Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road Medina, OH 44256 were entrusted with arrangements.
