PAUL P. SKLADANY

Paul P. Skladany age 82, of Wadsworth, OH, passed away on October 8, 2019. He was born on October 30, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Veronica (nee Revicki) and Andrew Skladany.

Paul was a foreign service veteran, having served in the US Army.

Paul was a loving husband to Lois A. (Shimandle); dear father of Lynn Bardar (Thomas); loving and cherished grandfather of Jared and Leah Bardar. Paul loved his many nieces and nephews, cousins and wonderful friends. He was a caring father, PaPa, brother and friend who placed other’s needs above his own.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Margaret, Steve, Albert, Mary Ann Zucco, Veronica and William Sekerak.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Monday, October 14, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at 9:30 AM, Tuesday, October 15, 2019. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Barberton, OH. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

Paul’s family are thankful for all the compassionate care given from the ICU of Medina Hospital and Akron General Visiting Nurses and therapists.
