PEGGY LEE OSIEK

Peggy (nee Brake) Osiek, age 72, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Willowood Health Center. She was born on November 4, 1947 in Calhoun County, WVA to the late Icle and Emma (nee Smith) Brake.

Peggy enjoyed in reading, watching drag racing, visits to Amish town and especially cooking for her family. She also loved her pet husky, Akota.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Osiek; dear children, Sara Burns and Jeff Burns; cherished grandchildren, Kayla (Shane) Cameron, Crystal McCue, Dani McCue, and Rachael (Ryan) Norman; beloved great granddaughter, Zoey Norman; and brothers, Larry (Naomi) Brake and Mike Brake.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Al and Jack Brake.

The family will receive friends for visitation for Peggy on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick. Burial will follow in Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley.
