Phyllis is survived by , Eric Schram (Spouse), daughter Sherry (Don) Gray, son Benny Leonard, Robbie Breitenbach (Brother), Diane Tormanen (Sister), Stacy Stuchal (Jon) (Granddaughter), Saige & Skylar (great granddaughters)
She was preceded in death by Joseph Breitenbach (Father), and Laurene Breitenbach (Mother).
