REV, LOUIE WAYLAND EZELL

Photo: Obituary: Reverend Louie Wayland Ezell, age 81, of Litchfield, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 17, 2013. He was born on June 11, 1931 in Florence, Alabama to Elijah Thomas and Ava (nee Wilson) Ezell. Louie was a Veteran of The United States Air Force, retired employee after 40 years with Ford Motor Brookpark as an Inspector and Pastor at the Mount Zion Baptist Tabernacle for 21 years. He will be missed by his loving wife Naomi (nee Morris),sons; Stephen, Dawayne (Doris), Brian, daughters; Belinda (Von) Maples, Patricia (Jeff) McCarter, grandchildren; Christina, Sean, Ryan, Melissa, Amanda, Beth, Bill, Josh, Michelle, Miranda, Zeke, Emily, Stephen, Dustin; 17 great-grandchildren, daughter-in-laws, Lina West, Tina Lovejoy, Sharon Grayam, and including his special friend David Canfield and many other family and friends. Louie was preceded in death by his parents, brother Manceal, daughter-in-law Stephanie Ezell, grandson, Wayland Ezell and special brother-in-law Jim Meade. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM, at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, Ohio. Visitation will also be 11 to 12 Noon (1 hour prior) to Funeral Service at Noon on Friday, March 22, 2013 also at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
