Rebecca S. Lavery, 59, of Nelson Twp., passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021. She was born December 25, 1961, in San Diego, CA to Sandra Lovett, and later adopted by her stepfather, Wayne Lovett.
Her passion was gardening, whether it be flowers or vegetables. Rebecca was also a dedicated animal lover; she was a nurturer and protector to all that she took into her and Bob's home. She was a talented wood worker, specializing in intarsia, and leaves many works of art.
Rebecca will be deeply missed by her husband, Bob, with whom she was blessed to share over 20 years of marriage; children, Jennifer (Anthony) Collyer-Ashworth, Daniel Ouchley, and Sandra Ouchley; stepchildren, Meghan Lavery, Robert Lavery, IV, Timothy Lavery, Billy Lavery, and Angel (Joshua Dean) Lavery; grandchildren, Michaela, Lucy, Killian, Ariel, Chloe, and a baby on the way; parents, Sandra and Wayne Lovett; brother, Mark Lovett; niece, Amanda Stanley, and nephew, Brandon Stanley; brothers-in-law, Rich (Rochelle) Lavery and Jim Uhler, and several other nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Lovett; sister, Michelle Medlin; sister-in-law, Patti Uhler, and parents-in-law, Robert Jr. & Melva Lavery.
All services for Rebecca are private and were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH, 44231.
