Richard J. (Scooter) Radcliffe Jr, 53 of Jeromesville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, August 7, 2010. He was born April 8, 1957 in Cleveland to Richard J. Radcliffe, Sr and Stella (nee Wilson).
Richard was a Veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corp. Scooter was employed as a laborer with the Parks Department in Brunswick, Ohio. He enjoyed NASCAR, working on his cars, participating in the Demolition Derby for many years at the Medina County Fair. He also enjoyed football, going to auctions and enjoyed his friends and family, especially his nieces and nephews.
Scooter is survived by his mother Stella, sister Darlene (husband Richard) Beeching, brother William (wife Janet) Radcliffe, sister Dolores Kimberly (husband Kevin) Lewandowski, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his father Richard J. Sr. and his sister Barbara Radcliffe.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from: 5 to 7 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 11 A.M. also at the Funeral Home Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Garden, Brunswick, Ohio. Family has requested NO FLOWERS.
