ROSCOE "ROCKY" BURKET

Roscoe “Rocky” Burket, 63, of Windham, passed away with his devoted wife by his side. He was born on May 2, 1953 in Painesville to Howard and Dorothy (Conner) Burket. Roscoe married the love of his life, Judy, on February 14, 2000.

He was a former member of the Windham Lions Club. Roscoe was a carpenter and loved building doll houses for his daughter and granddaughters. He loved his dog Toby and spending time with his family and friends.

Roscoe is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, Stacie Burket of Erie, Pa; step-son, James Currence of Warren; step-daughters, Ellie (Michael) Strausbaugh of Braceville and Barbara Currence of Warren; brother, Howard Burket of Chardon; sisters, Donna (Rick) Ross of Pennsylvania and Betty Perry of Chardon; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild and his beloved dog, Toby.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Charles and Danny and sister Shirley.

Cremation has taken place. Burial to be held in Windham Township Cemetery at a later date.
