Rose Seiwerth, 89 of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 6, 2010 in Medina, Ohio. She was born May 13, 1921 in Butler, Pennsylvania to Theodore and Julia (nee Kopach) Zubik (deceased).
She was a retired waitress who enjoyed and loved her sports teams, as well as bingo, slots, crafts, laughter and family gatherings.
She is survived by her children; Daniel (Sharen) Seiwerth, Julia R. Seiwerth and Mark (Renee) Seiwerth; son-in-law Greg Kraemer, Sr.; grandchildren Jackie (Ken) Kijak, Daniel (Fatima) Seiwerth, Jr., Kevin Seiwerth, Michelle (Mike) Lemm, Gregory (Stephanie) Kraemer, Jeremy Kraemer, Cheri Hardy, Mark (Tera) Seiwerth, Jr. and 17 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daniel H. Seiwerth; daughter Geraldine Kraemer and siblings Anna, Eva, Mary and Katherine.
Friends may join the family for a memorial visitation on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at the Funeral Home with Father Mihalic officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church of Fairport Harbor, 316 Fifth Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio 44077 in Mrs. Seiwerth’s name.
