Russell E. Richardson, 90, of Strongsville passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2012, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on February 13, 1922, to Harry and Myrtle (nee Kenard) Richardson.
He married Eleanor Schwartz on December 15, 1945. Russell was a group equipment mechanic for United Airlines and served his country honourably in WWII in the Army Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Harry E. Richardson, Norma Graham and Marilyn Brown.
Russell is survived by his wife Eleanor, children Russell A (Brenda), Kenneth (Jana), David (Cathy), and Timothy (Virginia); sister Janice Richardson; grandchildren; Scott, Karen, Jodie, Kelly, Cliff, Matt, Lynsy, Allen and Corey; great-grandchildren, Morgan, McKenzie, Mason, Katie, Alex, Zachary, Austin, Garrett, and Alex.
