Ruth E. Janis (nee Mannino) of Brunswick, Ohio passed away on September 19, 2013 surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her beloved children; son, Jeff (Paula) Janis, daughter Tina (Michael) Shriver; loving grandchildren Amanda, Paul and Holly Janis, Rebecca (James) Whitfield, Michael Jr. and Matthew Shriver; great grandchildren, Charlotte Whitfield and Cody Shriver.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian (nee Williams), brothers, Richard and John Mannino.
She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed being a homemaker. Ruth loved spending time with her family.
Friends may join the family for Memorial calling hours on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile South of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. Service to follow at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
