Stanley R. Makowski, age 53, of Vienna, West Virginia, passed away May 11, 2017. He was born August 14, 1963 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
Stanley proudly served his country in The United States Navy as a computer technician for 20 years. He was very tech savvy and enjoyed building computers. He also loved woodworking. He graduated from Culver Military Academy where he was a member of the Black Horse Troop.
He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife, Cynthia; parents, Stanley S. and Leah (nee Eberle) Makowski; sister, Callie (Fred) Pilkington; uncle, Harold (Lynn) Eberle; Scott Eberle; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Friends may join the family for visitation Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Rd (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
