VIRDEN CHARLES GIBSON

Virden Charles (Chuck) Gibson, age 87, of Spencer, passed away on April 3, 2021. He was born on February 15, 1934 at Cleveland, OH to Wilbur and Norma (nee Talbot) Gibson.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Carol Gibson (Soltis), his beloved children; Mitchell (DeDe) Gibson, Linda (Mark) Obral, Shane Gibson, Robert (Tami) Soltis, Sharon (Mark) Motter, Leonard (Erin) Soltis, and Pamela (Scott) Knapp; his grandchildren, Christina, Jillian, Tara, Lisa, Rheanna, Robert, Britany, Nicole, Erica, Brittany Alyssa, Meghan, Ashley, Nicole, Linzi, Brooke, Morgan and Great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Marlene Gindlesperger, and brothers Robert & Gary Gibson.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday April 7, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, (Corner of Rte 18 and River Styx Rd.,) Medina, OH 44256. There will be a one hour visitation from 11:00 to 12:00 Thursday April 8, 2021 at Carlson, prior to Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH 44273.
Donations may be made in Chuck's name to the VFW 5137, 3916 Pearl Rd., Medina, OH 44256.
