Photo: Obituary: William Dean Holley age 79, of LafayetteTownship, Medina, passed away on, February 21, 2013, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on July 20, 1933 in Pulaski, Tennessee to Thurman and Mary Lucille Holley. William married Mamie (nee Branch) on August 30, 1952. He was employed for 28 years with Interstate Trucking System and 6 years with Yellow Freight as a Truck Driver. William served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid outdoorsman. He will be missed by his loving wife of 60 years Mamie, dear children; William Ray and Susanne Holley, precious grandchildren; Brittany Nichole, and Kaitlin Ann Dean, precious great grandchild Brantley Scott Topovski, his sister; Doris Louise (Gene) Pickett, sister-in-law Ester and brother-in-law Archie Heinzman. Preceding him in death were his parents, siblings; Violet Whitt, Niles Holley, Cecil Carl Holley, and Betty Heinzman. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 25, 2013 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home 3477 Medina Road (Rt. 18 & River Styx Rd.) Medina, Ohio. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 11 AM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Rittman.
