WILLIAM G ANDERSON

William G. Anderson Sr., 75, of Nelson, OH passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at home, following a brief illness and surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born on July 30, 1939 in Charleston WV. Following high school, he served our country honorably in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman stationed in Germany. Upon his return home, he moved to Ohio with Wanda, the love of his life, and started his family. He found employment with Anchor Fasteners/ITW and stayed with them until his retirement. He absolutely loved the outdoors, working on his farm and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Bill is loved, respected and admired by everyone who has known him. He will be missed more than words could ever say.

He is survived by his children, Sandy (Chuck) Fackler, Paula (Mike) Bailey and Bill Jr. (Laura) all of Nelson, OH; grandchildren, Jessie, Jake and Ashley; sister, Betty (Ron) Gregory of Bermuda Dunes, CA; brother, Jim of Charleston, WV and sisters-in-Law Ruth Henley of Twinsburg, OH, Anna Johnson of Chesapeake, WV and Betty Anderson of Charleston, WV. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda; mother, Lucy; and brother, Bob.
