Katy Allison Puffer, 37, of Medina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. She was born August 23, 1986, in Perryton, TX.
Katy graduated from Lindale High School in East Texas in 2004. She loved her Jeep and won many awards for it. Katy had a good sense of humor and was a good friend.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carol Friesen and Doyle (Pauline) Ptak.
Katy will be dearly missed by her children, Mackenzie Harris, Presleigh Puffer, Averie Puffer, and Londyn Puffer; parents, Doyle and Annette Ptak; sisters, Rhiannon (John) Thomas and Hollyann (J.D.) Bennett; grandfather, Noble Friesen, and many loving family and friends.
In honoring Katy’s wishes there will be no services. Carlson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Medina is entrusted with arrangements.
